Psychological Postdoctoral Resident

Piedmont Psychological Practice is looking for new graduates with Clinical Psychology Doctoral Degree's.  Wyoming has recently changed licensing laws which allow Psy.D./Ph.D. graduates, who have completed an internship and passed the EPPP, to be licensed in the state of Wyoming (please see Wyoming Licensing Website
http://plboards.state.wy.us/Psychology/index.asp)  This allows new graduates to begin practicing as Licensed Psychologist nearly immediately, without having to complete a traditional post-doc year.  We, here at Piedmont Psychological Practice, know the value of new psychologists and are looking to provide employment in a positive and professional setting in which individuals can continue to grow, learn and build their professional career.  Our site, also, takes part in the National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment Program.   Desirable candidates have generalist experience and interest in rural healthcare and independent practice.  Opportunities include a range of outpatient and consultative experiences, networking with other healthcare professionals, the possibility of inpatient experience at the local hospital, learning about and practicing rural healthcare, and support in professional development.

Interested candidates should call Elvida at 307-672-2468.
